Narrator: A brilliant blue magic cloak surrounded Maho, but it didn't stay long enough to take the shape of the the Beast. The magic kept comming and comming, oversaturating the cloak to the point that it took on a scaley, reptilian-like appearance.
Maho fell to his hands, and nearly his knees, leaving his feet on the ground, which were covered with the hind claws of the Beast. Each foot had four claws; three at the front, and two at the back, like a bird. Maho's hands were transformed into the Beasts front claws, simmilar to human hands, but with an aditional opposable claws on the other side of the hand (two thumbs). The magic around Maho's face created an extended snout, with razor-sharp teeth, two rows on top and bottom, to be exact.
Maho's back became covered in curved spikes protruding from his spine and the surrounding area of his body became covered in brilliant, blue scales. Even his belly was just a slightly lighter shade of blue. Maho's eyes became cat-like, the pupils becoming slits, and everything but the pupils turning a majestic blue. From behind Maho sprouted a tail, scaly and covered with the same spikes that ran down his spine. Just behind his eyebrows, Maho sprouted two long, curved spikes, almost like horns.
Maho was trapped in the cage that once held the Beast, as he took over. As the transformation finished, the Beast stood, no bigger than Maho when he fell to the position the Beast was in now, glaring at Sensei. His musles rippling under his scales, wanting to move; wanting to tear something to pieces. Or someone...
Beast: So you sealed me in that boy, huh?
Maho (To Beast): HEY! What was that!?!?!? Let me OUT!!!
Beast (To Maho): QUIET!!! I've been trapped in that cage for far too long, now! Finally, I've had a chance to see the outside world, and I'm not giving it up. From now on, you'll be the one trapped, and I'll be the main body!!
Maho (To Beast): SENSEI!!!!
Beast (To Maho): He can't hear you; NO ONE can hear you, but me! And I'm not about to let you go...
Sensei (To himself): It's just as I feared. The Beast has come out into the open, trying to wreak havoc, as the crystals do. If I can't get him out of there, Maho may never see the light of day again.
Sensei: LET HIM GO!
The Beast returned his attention to the real world, shutting out Maho's insignificant cries.
Beast: Why on earth would I do that?
Sensei: Because I'm the one you want. I kept you hostage in that crystal for years, the boy did nothing-
Beast: Oh, contrare, spellcaster. The boy has done something; something that means the world to me. He took on the responsibility of being a capsule before he was ready for it, and because of that, I'm free for the rest of eternity!
Sensei (To himself): I knew this would happen, and I'm prepared.
Sensei got down on one knee and made a fist with his right hand, clasping it with his left hand.
Sensei (To himself): Absolute Binding Seal.
Chains emerged from the ground, this time more than five. The chains came from everywhere they could, wrapping around the Beast until the only things showing was it's eyes, and a few parts of it's tail.
Beast: So you've placed the seals around the boy while we were talking, were you? Clever. I couldn't see anything until the boy began to loosen the seal, and he couldn't see anything while he was talking to me. You're a very clever spellcaster...
From inside the massive cage of chains, the Beast let his scales grow, with encouragment from his own magic (as the chains blocked out normal magic). The Beasts scales grew and hardened, until the magic-enhanced chains surrounding him shattered into the sparkles of magic, and returned to the earth.
Beast: ...which is why I have to kill you.
Sensei (To himself): I knew he would break out, but so fast!? I can't afford to underestimate the Blue Beast any further-
Sensei flickered out of view as the Beast tried to maul him to death.
Beast: A body-flicker spell? It keeps your hidden from human eyes, but you can't really expect it to hide you from the advanced eyes of a crystal beast, do you?
Sensei refrained from answering, hoping the Beasts words were merely a bluff to get him to reveal his position. It wasn`t.
Sensei was about to pull off a spell, when the Beast nearly tore his face off.
Sensei (To himself): There`s got to be a way to defeat this thing! Majutsu did!
Beast: Face it, commoner! I`ve never been defeated in battle!
Sensei released the magic for his body-flicker, and stared down the Beast.
Sensei: Then you`ve obviously forgotten about Majutsu.
The Beast just stared.
Beast: Majutsu didn`t defeat me; he created me.
Sensei: Then you don`t remember how he created you.
Beast: ENOUGH OF THIS BABBLING!!!
The Beast slammed a claw into the ground, sending his rich, blue magic through it, blowing up the ground beneath Sensei.
As Sensei flew through the air, he interlaced his fingers, and then flipped his hands so they were palm-up,and bent them backwards a bit, as if he were cracking them. Then, as he landed and skidded backwards, he flipped his hands over again, separating them, and holding them out towards the Beast.
Beast: A handseal spell? You must be low on stamina.
Sensei (To himself): Or trying not to be.
The Beast began to lose feeling in his legs, all four of them. His tail went limp, and his neck began to droop.
Beast (To himself): A limb weakening spell? Used six times at once? Now I know why he used handseals; he didn`t want to kill himself! But his effort will be for naught, once this wears off...
Sensei: MAHO, NOW!!!
Maho (To Beast): What... Was that?
Beast (To Maho): Nothing. Just forget about it-
Sensei: MAHO, BREAK OUT OF THE CAGE!!
Sensei`s voice was weak and soft by the time it got to Maho, but he could hear it.
Maho (To Beast): Sensei...?
Beast (To Maho): NO! That was not your sensei! You`re hearing things!!!
Sensei: DO IT NOW, MAHO, WHILE HE`S STILL WEAK!!!
Sensei`s weak, yet urgent voice echoed off the walls of the mind shared by Maho and the Beast, and this time, there was not fooling Maho.
Maho (To Beast): That`s it, Beast!
Maho stood from his sitting position.
Maho (To Beast): You`ve played enough today; come back inside.
Beast (To himself): The runt thinks he can treat me like a little kid. A little human kid!
Maho focused the magic that he could gather into his right fist, and then smashed the cage with his powerful punch. The bars shattered, and Maho leapt out.
In the real world, the Beasts form began to deteriorate, his body becomming an aura of blue magic around Maho. Maho stood to his own two feet, and the aura left the shape of the Beast, and was merely a cloud around the boy.
Maho: How do I seal him back in?
Sensei: You have control over his magic while in that form. Move it to where your seal is, and it will want to take the form of the script.
Maho did as he was told, and the magic fell into place as if there was a magnet the shape of the script on his forhead.
Sensei: No compress it even further. Make it go towards the center of your forhead.
Maho compressed the script of magic together to form the diamond in the center of his forhead.
Sensei: Now this is the tricky part.
Maho: Oh, because everything else was so easy!
Sensei: QUIET! Now, you must leave the Beasts magic alone. Don`t touch it, and the diamond will disappear back into your body, to the reccesses of your mind, and your hair will return to it`s natural color. That`ll keep you hidden from capsule hunters.
Maho had a hard time focusing on anything but what had just happened. But, eventually, Maho found his Sensei`s smiling, approving face, and he tought of all the training they had together in nature, away from other people, and when his mind turned back to the crystal, it had already recceeded.
Maho: Wow. So that`s what it`s like to be a capsule.
Sensei: Do you think you can take on the responsibility of being in charge of that Beast?
Maho: I think I can handle it.
Sensei: Good. Now, we need to get some good night`s rest, and we`ll continue your capsule training in the morning.
Maho: After all that`s happened today, we`re going to let it back out so soon?
Sensei: No, we won`t let him out again. You should only use him in the direst of circumstances, and only his true form when you`re inches from death. Do you understand?
Maho: Yes, Sensei.
Sensei: Then let`s get some rest; fighting that thing`s exhausted me.
Maho fell to his hands, and nearly his knees, leaving his feet on the ground, which were covered with the hind claws of the Beast.
