Killer Bee: can only go Hachibi form if Sasori uses 100 puppets, V2 if Sasori or Chiyo use 3rd Kazekage or 10 puppet collection respectively.
Minato only has 40 prepped kunai & can only mark one of his team or one of his opponents

Hanzo: cannot commit his suicide. Only summon Ilbuse if Killerbee goes full Hachibi
Chiyo: see Killebee's restriction
Sasori: Starts in Hiruko

Hachibi will reject any poison attack on Killer Bee. At most it'll slow him down, but he could still take them. Fourth Raikage could die, but that's if he's extremely careless, and since they have knowledge based on reputation (especially Hanzo), he wouldn't be so careless. Minato would kill Chiyo, Sasori and Hanzo will be dealt with soon enough. Killer Bee could solo, actually.
