The faster opponent won't always win was my point. By the context of your post you're bringing up
a character like Night Gai who still loses to characters that don't move as fast as he does, footspeed wise.

Nah, he pretty much beats all but a handful of people with speed alone is my point. Obviously, versatility is what's most important, but immense speed is better than most other categories alone.

Kishi has been trolling everyone with speed to the point were a lot of people think that anyonen can beat anyone just by being fast as it been showed in a lot of threads lately

Yes being fast is a great perk bit it doesnt guarantee you a win,like brute force doesnt guarantee you a win either
In my opinion you need stregth,speed and strategy
But lately a lot of people rely only on speed

This is true, but I'm pretty much saying the faster of the 2 opponents doesn't always win, and you're bringing in the fastest opponent possible. It depends on the gap :lol.

Plus, like you said, even Gai loses to a handful of shinobi.

well it all depends on the gap between the two,like sasuke and naruto,you can hardly tell the difference,madara and naruto,etc,but you can'ymt comlare shinobi's that are very slow,to opponents that are very fast,for example,guy with any hokage(naruto exclusive),he shits on them with speedhe shits on most shinobi's with speed
