BM naruto and instant transmission(i think, is it goku's thing?) but only cause FTG needs to mark something or someone.

Since Sonic has access to Super Sonic then he is faster than BM Naruto, and Instant Transmission is better than FTG since you don't need markings.

and both instant transmission and ftj have limitations. for instant transmission to work goku has to know the kai of the person he is teleporting to and he has to concentrate (put his fingers to his head (most of the time)), while minato can only teleport to his markings but in a sense it can be faster but more limiting.

He only used the Kai's help when teleporting to Far away planets like new namek.

He used it in his battle against cell without even needing to put his fingers to his forehead or contact King Kai.

when he first got back from namek he put his fingers to his head and warped to kami's house took his shades and warped back to krillin.
when he was fighting cell cell fired off a planet buster kamehameha and goku flied up put his fingers to his forehead while the blast was coming for him then warped back down to cell.
when goku fired his planet buster he charged it, concentrated on cell, warped down to him and shot it upwards to avoid destroying the planet.
when cell was going to blow himself up he put his fingers to his forehead and warped to king kai.
