speed and teleportation

so theres a lot of flaming about raikage and minato in terms of speed. But heres my opinion about it.

Raikage is pure speed meaning fast physical reflex and agility

I wont deny the fact that minato himself is fast but flying thunder god is teleportation meaning space time jutsu not physical matter.

im not trying to steal threads but i just want a debate of opinion not flame wars thanks

Yes. You are correct. But Minato's reflexes are faster. Raikage's reflexes are super fast though.

His base speed was enough to catch baby Naruto out of the air right before Obito was about to stab him. He is fast.

Remember tobi throwing baby naruto in the air ready to stab him with a kunai .minato didnt teleport to grab him. He used his speed to catch him. Reflexes are useless if ur body doesmt have the speed to do what u need. So if your saying minatos reflexes are faster that means he is faster. Point blank.

Raikage foot speed insanely fast, V2 So fast very few can even react to it

Which is faster, well if its a race from one location to another and minato has a seal or kunai placed at the end then i guess minato but in a fight still minato but by milliseconds. Although the raikage is pure speed so if minato dosent use ftg then he would surely lose and early on.

The question to ask is what is better and more preferable and id say being icredibly fast standard speed, having insane reflexes and to top it off being so fast you can kill like 50 ninja in 5 seconds definently minato.

if someone teleports from to spot to another you wouldn't be able to see a yellow flash, you have no idea what teleport means.

Minato reflexes > Raikage reflexes

Unless you wanna tell me that Lightning Armor it isn't a technique?!?
Sure Raikage would win a running race, but that only if he's using his own technique Lightning Armor to do so, which means Minato is also allowed to use his own technique FTG and ultimately win, since teleporting > running.

raikage base speed < minato base speed
raikage lightning cloak (there's no v1, v2 you dumbshits)< Minato base speed as seen in the new episode. Raikage blazes at Minato full speed and Minatos just waiting for him to come so he can counter it.
Minatos teleportation> quite obviously anyone.

I mean, lightning cloak can be considered a jutsu right? so take it away and Minato could take down raikage low difficulty in base speed.

yes he had, but you have to remember that whenever minato uses ftg kishi makes it a point to focus on the ftg kunai or tag which is used, everytime minato has made an appearance in the manga this has been consistent.

Whenever some hint to ftg is not given then thats base speed
