Nickname: The Supreme Leader of the Vexos

Looks: Spectra is a man with a long blond hair that is often spiked up. His Vexos outfit mainly comprises his iconic red mask and red leather coat decorated with black feathers which morphs into his mandalorian armour when activated. Underneath, he wears tan pants and Gakuran-likeoutfit fastened by gold Ouroborosmotifs. He also wears ankle-high boots and white gloves.
Spectra's iconic red mask covers the upper part of his face. A small, blue iris appears on a black eye socket, the iris vanishing when the mask is removed and appearing with a red glow when the mask is put back on, he only has one eyehole on the right side while he has no eyehole on the left. The mask might have a computer in it, because it beeps in recognition when Spectra puts it on. He also carries around a pair of katanas strapped to the back of his cloth.
Personality: Spectra is a cool and calm guy during his young years but after having heard of what transpired between his brother(Hakumen) and Pain, it had a great pact on his life in such a way that it made Spectra into a cruel and emotionless beast that he is till today.

Background Info
History: Spectra is the younger brother of Hakumen and are both orphans from amegakure. Spectra as a little kid always looked up to his brother and always tries to be like his brother in all ways but he couldn't, he tried as hard as he could but he still couldn't so he gave up trying. At times, Spectra used to train with his brother who helped him to improve his fighting and ninjutsu skills day after day then he also joined his brother's clan(the mandalorian clan) through the influence of his brother. Also hearing that his brother joined the village's anbu squad made him more proud. He was a happy and fulfilled young boy until an event happened in between his brother and Pain which almost cost the life of his brother but he luckily escaped. Since then, Spectra became a monster and also left the village in order to train harder and then one day when he is strong enough, he would come back to avenge his brother's pain.
