Spectra is a man with a long blond hair that is often spiked up. His Konoha outfit mainly comprises his iconic red mask and red leather coat decorated with black feathers. Underneath, he wears tan pants and Gakuran-like outfit fastened by gold Ouroboros motifs. He also wears ankle-high boots and white gloves. Spectra's iconic red mask covers the upper part of his face. A small, blue iris appears on a black eye socket, the iris vanishing when the mask is removed and appearing with a red glow when the mask is put back on, he only has one eyehole on the right side while he has no eyehole on the left. The mask might have a computer in it, because it beeps in recognition when Spectra puts it on.

Personality | 性格
According to his friend (Mazazu), prior to the Sunagakure invasion of Akatsuki, Spectra was somewhat selfish, rarely putting others before himself. He also acted in a rather bratty manner when he first met Mazazu, beating her up and bullying her. After the Kazekage was killed and Spectra killed an escaped prisoner, Spectra's personality was significantly changed. He dedicated his cause to not endorse terrorism or rebellion, which he believed would only result in pointless killing. Unwilling to sacrifice the innocent, Spectra held a more positive outlook on Sunagakure, believing that it could be changed for the better. He also held a strong sense of loyalty, never questioning the orders of his superiors. Despite that, he was shown to be willing to stab them in the back if necessary. Spectra also wished to take responsibility for his actions. After Mazazu's death, Spectra developed a firm resolve to kill the culprit(Zero). He considered Zero to be an evil, immoral individual who was only focused on results and cared nothing for innocent lives. Spectra twice rejected Zero's offer to join him, even when Zero held him unarmed. Later Spectra would continue
honoring Mazazu's memory by continuing his quest to change within by becoming the Anbu so that he could have the privilege of protecting the village. He also held a ring given to him by Mazazu and customized the ring with an anbu sign as a mark towards her. Spectra was shown as a corrupt individual whose goal is to change sunagakure from within for peace. Spectra was willing to kill anybody standing in his way to his aim.

Spectra was just another shinobi born with the Shakuton kekkei genkai along with his brother Asch but his family was a real complicated issue bevause he wasn't even known with his brother they both didn't behave like siblings at all, only people really close to them knew they were brothers. From a tender age, Spectra was a kid who usually loves to keep to himself only, he had no friends but wasbvery diligent in training and soon hebmastered Kenjutsu with Ushiro sensei and was a prodigy at it before he met the only person who had a meaning in his life, Mazazu. The day he met her he was confused about how he felt since it was the first time he ever felt that way that was what made him use Mazazu as someone he tested out his Kenjutsu on, he beat her up but later apologized to her and after a while they became best of friends, he even taught her Kenjutsu and they went on various missions together but on a particular mission they met a rouge nin, Zero who killed her and due to the anger that raced through him, he showed his kekkei genkai for the first time ever as a simple way of chasing away Zero but Zero got interested in him with his display of skill and power and on various occasions would try to make Spectra join him but he refused after a while his brother became the 10th Kazekage and he became part of Suna anbu and after a while his brother gave birth and resigned his post as Kazekage before leaving the village which made Spectra feel not connected to the village anymore since Mazazu was dead and his brother left the village so he left the village to learn other elements and also find his brother so he would teach him scorch style and after he left the village, he met again with Ushiro sensei who taught him Katon and soon he mastered it then he mastered the other elements, Suiton with Nathan sensei and Six paths senpai, Doton with Ushiro sensei, Fuuton with Priest sensei and Raiton with Sharingdork sensei and Noni senpai. After mastering all the elements he wasn't satisfied, he wanted more so he went to Souji sensei who taught him Genjutsu and later back to Ushiro sensei to learn Ninjutsu which he mastered not too long after and Detective L sensei to learn Taijutsu which is still ongoing as he is juggling the training with the search of his brother to learn Shakuton. He has recently fallen in love with the hidden leaf village and has become a part of it. He has found his brother who has taught him Shakuton fully and also showed him some new techniques so all that's left is his Taijutsu training. Due to his Ninjutsu mastery and high perception, he has learnt the Chakra sensing ability.............. To be continued

Apart from all these, the whips has one special ability which develops from the materials that the whip is made of, this is the ability of the whips to be coated with elemental chakra which gives the whips the power of the element it is coated with. If the element is coated with wind, it deals slicing damage. If coated with fire, it deals burning damage. If coated with lightning, it deals electrocuting damage. If coated with earth, it deals crushing damage. If coated with water chakra, it deals slashing damage.

- The coating with elemental chakra is an A rank technique and is counted as one of the user's techniques.

Katon: Due to rigorous training and Spectra's mastery over the fire element, Spectra can perform all fire techniques with faster handseals.
Chakra Sensing: Due to his Ninjustsu specialty and high perception, Spectra has developed the rare ability to sense chakra either concentrated or scattered.
Shakuton: Spectra has reached his peak in his kekkei genkai, scorch and as such, he is able to perform the techniques with faster handseals and is now somewhat resistant to low level heat changes, able to adapt to an increase in temperature and able to survive a second degree burn.

Spectra has the will of fire in him, the total love for his village which would help him out of the most deadly situations he could be in just to save his village, the love he has for his village is what the will of fire represents in him.

Description: More than a technique, ability or skill, the Will of Fire and the Will of Darkness are, instead, teachings and philosophical beliefs that induce specific ways of teaching and acting towards the protection of the Village. The will of fire is an idea taught to and carried by all members of Konoha. It is the belief that only through love, understanding and decisive action can true peace be acquired, though never by attacking others and rather by protecting something the individual holds dear. The belief is a spiritual heritage that was created by Hashirama Senju and passed down to all the villagers and shinobi of Konoha. Shinobi who carry this belief love the village with all their heart and will fight to protect it even against the most significant odds. It gives them the strength to keep going even when the situation looks grim. When defending the village the Will of Fire gives the shinobi of Konoha the extra strength needed to defeat the invading forces and the will power to continue the battle after receiving damage, ensuring the Will of Fire is never extinguished. Can only be used by members of Konohagakure who embody the Will of Fire. Only usable when defending the village from external threats. Normal members receive a +10 damage boost as well as a strength and speed boost equivalent to one rank (based on the NB ranking system). So for example a Jounin would gain the strength/speed of an S-Class Ninja, a S-Class Ninja would gain the strength/speed of a Sannin). Normal members can continue after being hit by one B-rank or below attack but lose the bonus damage, speed and strength. The Hokage and Village Officers receive a +15 damage bonus and strength and speed increased by one rank. After his death and the dissolution of Root, his will spread into other Konoha shinobi as former root members began to integrate themselves back into normal village organizations. People who have committed themselves to this school of thought understand the need to eliminate threats and do things that may be considered amoral for the greater good.
