Oda introduced the Minks early in the series by displaying Bepo in Law's crew.
And I'm almost positive that Bepo convinced Law to go to the Auction to see if they can save Minkmen from slavery.

But what I also find interesting on the list are all the other creatures besides the Minkmen.
Such as long-legs, dwarves, snake necks, merfolk etc.
What do you think?

We've already seen long legs, dwarves, and merfolk in the NW. The only group listed on the auction house list that we have yet to see is Snakenecks.

We saw merfolk at Fishman Island. We saw dwarves at Dressrosa and Green Bit ( aka the Tontatta).

I think Moria comes from Snakeneck tribe.
And about the human part I think Zoro & Sanji also fit in Human part but other guys like Franky (Half Android), Brook(skeleton/df user), Robin(Df user), Chopper(Animal/df user) doesnot fit in normal human category
