1. Well but she has lost Hamura chakra forver due to him staying as chakra ghost on the moon. This alone proves that Kaguya would never reach her prime stage. Besides that Naruto and Sasuke had hagoromo chakra at top of their own..., Juubi was lacking Yin Kurama(tiny chakra amount in compare to Juubi, but still). There was Kakashi and Sakura and do not forget Obito. so there is at least small margin between them.

1. Wrong. She never lost chakra when she gave birth to them. Do parents lose chakra when they have kids? No. Juubi regenerates the power it's missing by using Nature Energy. That's why it returned to full form despite not having the Bijuu.

EMS Madara might be able to replicate said feat, Rinnegan Madara w/ Hagoromo's chakra would easily replicate that feat since the buff in chakra strength that both eyes combined with his Rikudo Chakra gives him should be enough to push him up in physical ability.

1. how is that ?, Databook 4 scan of Kaguya disagree stating that Kaguya fought against her original fragment of powers(reffering to Jinless Hagoromo and Hamura). I agree with your examples but you know Kaguya isn't normal case...it could be expection. The Juubi really returned to it's final form but it doesn't mean that Juubi was at full power. Was it stated that Juubi need all same amount of chakra to be in final form ?. I mean just look at dbz Freeza fourth form at the begining, he just used 1% and in the end when he used 100% but it was final form one at the same.

3. True, although based on bolt the movie I think improvement is easy to notice, especially although they didn't fighting using all raw power...
