1. Movie states that Kaguya needed an army to take on Momoshiki, at least spoilers do. Why is she above? And there is no difference between "Prime" Kaguya and the Kaguya that Naruto and Sasuke fought.
2. Kaguya at the end of the Manga is stronger than Hagoromo. Stated and shown. Please stop fanboying. It's pretty old.
3.Initial Kaguya? Naruto and Sasuke as Adults on par? :lol.
4. Nothing even hints that Toneri is on that level w/ the overload.
5. One Eye JJ Madara is not on par with a full power Naruto or Sasuke. Same goes for Toneri.
6. DMS Kakashi is stronger than Gai, Gai is not on the brother's level, and the brothers are above Kakashi, most likely.
7. Dual Rinnegan Madara should be above Mindless Juubito.
8. One Eyed Madara>Blind Madara. Hashirama is above them both. The only way this pairing makes sense is if you are judging One Eyed Madara w/o SM, and giving Blind Madara Shinsuusenju, but even then, One Eye Madara would still be weaker.
9. EMS Sasuke is not on BSM Naruto's level.
10. BM Minato is above Rinnegan Obito, though putting them on par is acceptable.

Yes it statest that but we know how much Kishi loves to use hyperbole to hype something then left us disappointed when someone is not living up to this hype and that what I can guess from the spoilers. Another point is that Kaguya casted IT first time after giving birth to Hago and Hamura so Prime Kaguya would be above Momoshiki and we don't know even if just Momoshiki or Momoshiki and his servant as Momoshiki can absorb him adding his power to his own, so it could make sense.
2. Ok, I may agree but only Powered up Kaguya, but even then we got only Hagoromo jinless form powering up Naruto and Sasuke
3. Yeah Initial Kaguya, I mean Kaguya before she absorbed more chakra from IT at the end. Adults Naruto= Adult Sasuke, Blame Kishi as he stated that in interviews or if I remember well in intro of Bolt the movie.

Well in that case nothing Obito has would damage Senjutsu Sussanno and Sasuke won't allow for Edo jins in bijuu form to fire combined TBB. The only danger is Obito sneaking behind him and using Kamui to warp him but considering that Sasuke could keep his eyes up to JJ Obito I believe Sasuke would fetch Obito with some tricks or Kawariami to get him, but it would be hard diff.

Obito has more than enough to damage his susanoo with 6bijuu's if I remeber correctly he didn't have 1st/8th/9th but enough to take out susanoo. Sasuke won't allow them to form a tbb? Their are more than him so Sasuke is going to have a tough time trying to stop them.

There is no way ems Sasuke can beat Obito with edo jins aka 6bijuu's

These rankings don't make sense. If a character is defeated, he shouldn't be considered.

1. Well but she has lost Hamura chakra forver due to him staying as chakra ghost on the moon. This alone proves that Kaguya would never reach her prime stage. Besides that Naruto and Sasuke had hagoromo chakra at top of their own..., Juubi was lacking Yin Kurama(tiny chakra amount in compare to Juubi, but still). There was Kakashi and Sakura and do not forget Obito. so there is at least small margin between them.

3. They improved and brushed up their skills to high degree while preserving same or similliar amount of raw power even if they havent got chance to use it.
