I actually thought a little about this, kikashi said that a natural ability to use two elements was called a Kekkei Genkai.. I started thinking about this in a general term by associating a few of the known Kekkei Genkai with various elements.
As posted we already know the Wood Element is (earth+water) and the Ice Element is (water+wind). Both of those are types of Kekkei Genkai, but he also mentioned that the Uchiha's are naturally able to use fire techniques, so for the Uchiha Kekkei Genkai we have (fire+???). If we disect what we know about them, their clan symbol is the fan (which is said to "Fan the flames of the Uchiha clan"). Also, they are supposed to be related to the Hyuga clan. Neji as we all know, has the Air Palm technique, which suggests he's has a wind element. So if the Uchiha are related to the Hyuga and the fan symbol suggests more to the clan's Kekkei Genkai than previously thought, the Uchiha clan is probably a (fire+wind) element. Another one I think I've got figured out is the "missing kazekage" (the one sasori controlled as a puppet). His Kekkei Genkai technique and Chiyo gave that away for me. She stated the Iron Sand technique worked because (iirc) he used magnetic waves to control it's movement. If that's so, he would need to be a lightning element type to create the magnetic waves and earth element type to manipulate the iron sand. So he would be (lightning+earth).
So best I got to add is:

No, it just said that all shinobi are naturally predisposed to certain elements. But I was saying that since the uchiha were supposed to be related to the hyuga, and the clan symbol also suggests a wind element, that it is very suggestive that the uchiha's second element is wind. Making them (fire+wind). But just because naruto is a wind element shinobi, doesn't make him related to all wind element shinobi, he's not related to Haku who is a wind+water shinobi.
Well, for what kikashi to have said to be true. Then there would have to be a second element for the Byakugan to be a Kekke Genkai. As for "Sand" i don't believe sand is an element, I just believe that it's incorperated into the whole "Earth Element". As for users like Gaara who control sand, I've juggled that back and forth because it's said that a Kekke Genkai can't be copied, if so then that technique can't be a kekke genkai.. it was copied by some stone shinobi (can't remember the episode, kikashi beat the guy). But, ignoring that stipulation I would say it would probably be a wind+earth.. wind making the sand/rock move around and earth allowing gaara to change the form of different minerals into sand.
yea, basically.. when he faught kimimaro he mentioned how he could transform any mineral in the ground into sand. It would be difficult to do if he was only a Wind element user, he would need more than one element to pull something so complex off. Even the guy who kikashi faught that copied his technique did similiar (except he was using gravel instead of sand).

I think I've figured out the second element of the hyuga clan.. Hinata, when she was advancing her technique, made her chakra more flexible and gave it more fluid movement. Also, when she was caught by those bug people in the filler episodes she used her byakugan to create jets of water to kill the bees surrounding the wax cable. So it's actually possible that the second element of the Hyuga is water also.. making their Kekkei Genkai the same element structure as Haku (wind+water). But in the Hyuga clan the created a dojutsu rather than an "Ice Element" technique... What do you guys think?
