The 5 Uchiha men already fought and beat 5 Senju men and the Senju kid was the last one standing so they just cornered him like a rat, pretty messed up, but it's not what you and the OP are saying, they were bullying the kid and finishing him off, it doesn't "take all five of them to beat a kid".

That's flawed logic, for example if JJ Madara killed TenTen at some point can we say "it takes a Juubi Jin Madara to kill Ten Ten"? No it doesn't but that was just the way it went, like a person crushing an ant.
