The only advantage juubito had on naruto before was superior speed and onmyouden. Now naruto is faster and has onmyouden. Not to mention his perfect sage mode which would absolutely clip obito. Whoa. You just made a big jump just now. You just said Naruto + Sasuke = Madara, while Naruto said Naruto + Sasuke > Madara.

For your statement to be true, Madara's partner would have to be able to cover the difference in strength between Madara himself and Naruto + Sasuke.

That being said, Obito is almost hopelessly outmatched. His main offensive (the Gudou dama) won't work on them anymore. They can easily harm him. Naruto can straight jack his Bijuu power. Sasuke has a stronger doujutsu, etc.
