For the next technique I would like you to mould your Lightning element chakra as you did before and have it crackle around your hand. Only this time, I want you to slam your hand on the ground and have the lightning actually travel through the ground towards my clone, and eventually use it to chock him as he stands on the earth. I want you to maintain a constant feed of chakra into it in order to make sure that the jutsu maintains itself, otherwise it will fail.
