* I create a lightning shadow clone( Rai) to my side.I then activate my byakugan and take my stance with solid lower body and a fluid upper body. I then channel chakra into my palms and thrust the air firing a barrage of 10 air palms. As this happens Rai advances into close range on ur right side channeling chakra into his index and ring fingers forming a fine blade between them sweep kicking u down before attacking the tenketsu in ur heart and follows it up with channeling a large amount of chakra into his palms and attacks, destroying ur internal organs.*

*As i see you create a clone i create two shadow clones (Right and Left). Both of them then create two giant earth dragons (the bodies of the dragons would form as your shooting your air palms, and they would protect us from them) that rumble towards you and your clone at high speeds. Since your clone is heading to close range, he's heading to the dragon head first and is puffed as the dragon (with the other dragon) carries on towards you*

* As the earth dragons form, I cancel out my air palms after the 3rd one. Then as Rai advances in he creates a Raikiri in both his hands and runs even faster, dashing in zigzags, tearing through ur earth dragons(I assume as it would past through the first, it would cancel on the second). After this happens he forms hurricanes in his hands to send him back into mid range.Once Rai gets back to my position, I form a couple hand seals making the less powerful chidori, extending it into a sharp spear to impale u.*

*The second earth dragon continues and hits you and you die, since you didn't defend against it*
two things: 2 S-Rank earth can't be cancelled by 1 S-Rank Lightning and the two dragons were made at the same time by the clones, so they occur in parallel, meaning you have to defend against the two with two parallel jutsu. You can't say you defend against one and then the other as they are happening at the same time and with the same speed. The moment you strike one, the other is already hitting you. You can check with a mod if you'd like but i believe i'm correct.
