I'll be using my Keotsu bio, and my element will be Fuuton.
Unfortunately, I'm not so great when it comes to making the first move.

As soon as i see you i activate my 2 tomoe sharingan. I start off by focusing my lightning chakra to my hands, and slamming them on the ground, channeling the lightning through the ground, aimed at you. I split the lightning up into several tendrils, that all come towards you. Afterwards, as you stand paralyzed, i stand up, and run towards you with my right hand on the hilt of my sword.

As you perform your handseal, i watch with my sharingan. anticipating an attack, i quickly perform a few handseals myself, releasing an identical lightning clone, who runs along side me. i feel my hair blowing in the powerful wind, so immediately after creating my clone, he throws me 10 meters into the air, over your location, and enough to avoid your attack. Unfortunatly, my clone, left behind to take the blunt force of your attacks, as well as being hit by the shuriken that were thrown, and dissipates.

While in the air, i perform a few more handseals, forming a chidori in hand. Upon forming the chidori, i release countless senbon that descend down onto you. As i land behind you, (3 meters behind, or in short range), I run towards you again, drawing my sword, and doing an overhead swing, hitting you right where your neck and right shoulder meet from behind.

*Though I hadn't quite expected it to work, I smirk as you didn't abruptly stop my shuriken as your clone forms and grabs a hold of you, attempting to launch you into the air.
Using the chakra in the air surrounding the shuriken, I cause them to become sharper and gain the ability to guide them, using:

As you come towards me, though, I quickly draw my own katana, locking my blade with yours by swinging the blade upward as I pivot on my foot, focusing Fuuton chakra onto the blade.
A powerful gust of wind blows across the terrain, ruffling our clothes dramatically while our blades are momentarily locked.
With our blades crossed, I quickly rotate my own, putting your edge to my strong, and angling it slightly, causing your blade to start slipping down my own, towards the tsuba. However, as I do so, I'm pushing up and to my right, in a clockwise manner, putting your blade to the side as I bring my blade straight down in a left-to-right diagonal cut.
I then leap backwards, creating a small amount of distance between us.*

Also this happens to be my first time using my sword in a fight, so if i make a mistake, please tell me.
Once i see two of your shuriken changing direction and heading my way, i react, charging 2 shuriken with my lightning chakra, giving them extra power to cancel out with your two that are incoming. (Even though Wind>Lightning, i believe they should cancel each other out). After you cancel out my senbon, and we lock swords, i feel my blade beginning to slip down the side of yours, so i watch your movements closely. Once i see that you're about to do a a downwards diagonal cut, i quickly react, going down, and bringing my sword back up in a vertical upwards swing, so that our swords meet again. after blocking your swing, i quickly kick you in the stomach, and using your body as an anchor send myself flying back a few feet. Right as i land again, i run towards you again, channeling chakra into my blade, and slashing you up into the air. Once you're airbourne, i appear above you and impel you into the ground, making sure to avoid killing you, but to enable you from fighting any more.
(Rensei Shinkuken) – Drilling Crimson Blade

xd Well, be careful - you can't make hanseals while holding a sword; as far as I know, I'm the only one on the base who can.
*As you attempt to kick me in the stomach, I quickly turn my body to the right and grab your leg with my left arm, pinning it against my side. *Because of timeframe, even with your Sharingan, your best hope would be to release your ThunderSabre at the exact moment I release my wave of wind. Because of the proximity of the two of us, I'd more than likely be stricken by the Sabre (if is a field, that means my move is only going to cut through a little of it) but you'd also be stricken by my Wind attack, which blatantly overpowers the sabre in it's path.
However, as we are blow backwards and you release your Wave of Inspiration, being in the air, I simply exhale a burst of wind from my mouth, blowing me out of the trajectory of your electrical wave at extreme speeds.

Afterwards, i activate level 1 of my curse mark, while at the same time performing handseals. Upon finishing the handseals, I create a chidori in hand, to cancel out with your wind jutsu (now that my jutsu have a power boost)

During this time, I rush to my left, in a large arc, staying far enough away from my own jutsu to avoid damage, but scouting the area.*
This is only my second time using it. i dont know if i mentioned this before, but its the regular curse mark, not the cursed seal of heaven. And i only activated it so i could counter your wind attacks Looks like i may have to take it even further now xd
This may be a bit sketchy, and if you feel so please tell me, because im running out of way to defend xd
I look into your eyes, just as you perform a single handseal, and are about to release the attack my way. i again draw my sword and stick it into the ground. Using it as a stepping stone, i jump off of the hilt into the air (just like sasuke did when fighting deidara) so that, the Atsugai misses me.
While in the air (still maintaining eye contact, since you would probably be watching me as i go into the air) After jumping off my sword, i manipulate the chakra flow in your brain, and briefly place you under a genjutsu. While under the genjtusu, you see me dissapear with the wind in the form of sakura petals. While in reality, i actually throw 3 paperbombs your way, to injure you to the point that you cant fight back. When i land, i am in front of you at short range. I stand ready incase you can still fight.

*As the massive Atsugai blast not only scatters your paper bombs so wildly that they'd never reach me, the intense mass of wind and debris effectively stops you from making eye contact with me, further assisted, as stated, by my own retreat from my own jutsu.
However, none of this stops me from going through with my move as previously stated, dropping the tornado down last where I thought you where, as your Genjutsu fails to affect me.*
Well about 95 percent of y previous move was invalid then xd I should actually be really hurt right now.
After the Atsuagi fades, and i begin my descent back down to the ground, feeling the pain from the damage i've taken, i decide to go into level 2 of my CM.Upon reaching the ground, landing on my feet (since i jumped into the air myself, i think i should be able to land on my feet) and stringing together a few handseals, mustering up the strength for some last resort attacks. Shortly after, i create 4 pillars that rise up around you, emitting electiric currents to paralyze you in the middle of it. Immediately following this technique, i build up more of my lightning chakra, and slam my hands on the ground, channeling the lightning through it, and separating it up into many tendrils that race towards you covering a large are (in case you think of running/avoiding the tech, these are coming right after.) After that i follow up again by causing a lightning bolt to strike down on your current location (Since i jumped in the air upon you releasing the Atsugai, i don't think you'd use your second jutsu, since i would have already gotten out of the way. However, if you would, i'll edit) All these jutsu follow each other one after another. After finihing off all of my attacks, i run towards you again, as fast as i can with a kunai in hand.
