the sword connects due to part about you hand being incase by ice from the prison so your kick is impossible
-lifts my sword from your shoulder and holds it up releasing all the needles up into the air, and due to gravity they fall back down rather quickly striking both your clones as your still stuck in my prison and as well suffering from the fallen ice needles leaving you stuck and stab to near death-

No. Almost all jutsu require handsigns. Only masters can do so without handsigns (and actually just shorten the number of handsigns)
Plus, Asuma uses that technique and uses handsigns. U_U
