First I use:

To electrify the water.
Then I use:
(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Mist Jutsu
Covering the entire area.

Sorry, lightning passes through water, and lightning can also stay in the water, and electrify it, but draining water jets with lightning, whoa, I don't think I ever heard of that. xDRe-do move.

Even if you did know that, I can still sense you, because you are in contact with the rain, also your water snake has chakra molded into him, so I can sense him too.Also the water is electrified, you can't go on it, you're gonna electrocute yourself.
