Boring Plain field with no water source, huh...It´ll turn if funnier =DD

*Naruta (pretends to) makes a handseal while she sends her chakra into Suigetsu´s chakra system and then she manipulates it making him see that she created an earth clone. Then she makes him see that her clone is walking towards him. Then, when the clone gets close enough to him, Naruta makes Suigetsu see that the clone jumps in a sudden and explodes into a cloud of cherry blossom petals surrounding him while Naruta makes him feel the strong "wind" created (due to the "explosion") and some cherry blossom petals in contact with his skin. Right after Suigetsu vision´s is obscured by the cherry blossom petals, Naruta performs a handseal summoning a cyclone of petals to attack him*

*As the clone walks towards suigetsu, He quickly performs the required hand seals and exhales three dragon shaped flame from his mouth. all three part of the flame heads towards the clone and destroys it after hitting it. The chakra drain caused by the jutsu will also break the genjutsu placed on him. After hitting the fake clone the flame will advance towards naruta.*

*As Naruta notices that three dragon shaped flame comes towards her from the front, left and right, she delivers a punch releasing a whirlwind pushing herself back away from the gather point of the three dragon shaped flame, landing crouched (feet and hands on the ground. Not sure you you call that o.o) at long range with Suigetsu. Just when I make contact with the ground, I channel my earth chakra through it causing some pillars emerge from the ground below Suigetsu*
I think someone got mad at my first attack...xd

- As suigetsu see naruta performing the wind jutsu and flying away from his direction, (from your description, i guess you were facing suigetsu all the time, meaning you land on the ground without looking at it) he creates a large pool of water prediction the place where naruta will land. As naruta lands on the water unaware of it, the water gushes upwards lifting naruta into the air. then suigetsu shoots numerous water bullets at naruta from the pool. And finally the water form the water bullets forms a dragon of water, which attacks naruta and sends her crushing back onto the ground.-
