Exactly.
Some people just don't get it, even if it's in their face. Naruto learned the jutsu, boruto didn't. If shadow clones were banned from the chunnin exams, and naruto still used them, then that is considered cheating.

Losers your focus? Seriously? Dosen't seem to be a problem for Naruto. I done seen it as a problem for others. but never for Naruto.

Loses* was typing fast. Naruto has a huge reserve is why he can spam it and as for the focus; he's just that skilled. Also an example of Naruto losing focus with his clones is during the Pein arc. He couldn't make too many clones because it would disrupt his clones focus who were gathering natural energy. Naruto just gets stronger which increase what he can do.
