I have no idea about the reports or threats recieved.I have recieved 3 threats till now by nexus and caliburn for spam.I mean how many like these lead to severe punishment?

Threats? Let us be specific here: Do you mean threats or warnings? 'Cause there's a big difference. A warning progresses to an infraction in case you do something worse or don't stop altogether. Each infraction gives you a certain amount of infraction points, and 3 points means you get banned, first a day, then the bans get longer and longer.
And on "severe punishment", it depends on what you do, read the rules again.
