Minato and Obito both posses jutsus considered Space Time Jutsus I can fully comprehend how it can manipulate space but how exactly does it manipulate time. Are they considered space time jutsus because they can teleport their matter almost if not instantaneously across large distances in a short amount of time? Please enlighten me on the matter.

Exactly, Its physically impossible for them to travel distances as far as they have in the time that they do. So its "technically" time manipulation, howerver time isnt being physically moved

Shippuden movie 4. Minato is such a boss, his FTG created a time machine hahaha. That's the time part
But it probably just has to do with the distances they move. They move into their dimension and back again without affecting naruto world time. So they manipulate that time.
