All summoning-based techniques are space–time manipulation related, as they warp the targets through a dimensional void to the summoner's location

Question and reason for making this thread how come there is no time stop or freezing time jutsu where the user could move freely and wipe out ppl

it would of course mean that some restrictions would be...... but like i am saying how come there is no time stopping jutsu like guldo from DBZ he stops he breath and freezes time

i guess a restrictions is that it uses to much chakra
but yeaa .....

There are restriction's on Space-Time ninjuts, and test's needed to be taken. Look it up.

example: someone uses kairin, you stop time then you run over and stabthem in the heart with a kunai... match over you win you are deemed OP then nexus just blinks and your bio dissapears

regarding the thread:

I believe the AUTHOR hasn´t set Madara sneaking into big badasses´ ninja tends in the middleof the night because it´d break the formality line within the story. You know like everyone looking dumb by being killed that way.

ON the other hand, it`s just that the character called Madara just reminds of Aizen from BLEACH, in the sense that he just deals and messes with people for the fond of it, for being an ass.

Well, I get confused, specially by the anime on how sometimes it`s look as if Sasuke was able to teleport.

On Minato, it`smore like a process of where his seals are and blah, Imean, Madara Tobi is really ghostlike.

For e.G.: the Raikage is supposed to be transported by the thunder/lightnong itself

I agree with you thinking about there are other characters who could work on teir element hard enough to gain speed by doing so

Well, there's still Kamui which do manipulate time to some extent when wiping up something as you said.
But none of the Teleportation/Space-Time Ninjutsu really do that and I think also, it's because it's chakra-hungry but perhaps not. To be able to do space-ninjutus to the extent of freezing time, they'll have to go even more faster. The only one I think could have done it is Minato.

The way he did a double-FTG to be able to Rasengan'd Madara in a battle of speed shows his skill. In fact, it's almost as if he was freezing time at that speed or nearly so. Perhaps, a more advanced form of FTG could be the answer. But gotta admit that he's so fast that he gets there almost like he froze time and walked till there.

stoping time isnt the same as bending it, because if you stop time everything would come to a stalement

and bending space and time together isnt the same as bending time only either

Regarding byakungan, and sharingan

It´s got more to do with senses, not actually slowing down time... they´re able to think faster in a sort of speak
