Ok, we know that the Sound 4 (or 5) gave a hard time to the Genins and Chuunin (leaf) that went after Sasuke, when he left the village.

Now is the question, who would win between the Sound 4 (or 5) vs. the same Shinobi that went after Sasuke but now they are Chunnin and one still a Genin who would win, without any help (The Sand)

The only problem Leaf will have is Kimmimaro.
Although at the same time Sounds only problem would have is Naruto.

You're talking about their power the way it was directly after the timeskip, at the beginning of Shippuuden?
In that case the sound. In case of Neji and Kiba I don't see any progress that would give them that much of an advantage against their opponents, and Kiba even would've been killed without Kankuro's help, without taking out either one of the brothers. But the deciding aspect is Kimimaro. He defeated both Naruto and Lee with ease, and still would've killed Gaara afterwards if it wasn't for his disease.
