What will genin Sakura even add to the table? The OP talked about genins taking on the sound four so these are all part one versions of the characters.
Either way, team 2 would stomp low difficulty. Gated Lee didn't even fight against anyone from the sound four in part one and he would easily overwhelm whoever he is put up against. Temari can repel web attacks, and push the enemy back if they try coming close which gives team 2 an advantage against Sakon/Ukon and Jiroubo. Tayuya's flute based arsenal is rendered useless as wind will nullify the sound from her flute. Kankuro can either trap Jiroubo or Sakon/Ukon in his puppets and then finish either off with iron maiden. His poison gas bombs can take anyone from the sound four by surprise as a smart analytical long range fighter such as Shino was taken by surprise.
The biggest threats are Jiroubo's earth dome but if team 2 spreads about, he won't trap many people and he is a sitting duck for anyone outside the earth dome. Kidomaru's arrows are quite deadly but Temari can slow down its momentum thus allowing most of team 2 to successfully avoid. Shino's bug clone feints and Kankuro's puppet feints are vital here and can give team 2 plenty of openings.
