I just wonder what Hiru did with Oro's hands while inside there... surely they would not sit idly by... they are part snake after all (don't they wiggle when a part of their body is removed?)

Which makes me wonder... What if one of the Pains were trapped in there; you'd think we could see what's on the other side via their shared vision.... o.o
