I will leave a comment on this one .First ,it's nice to see you are into making something ,good job here.
Second,I see what you try to achieve ,it's cool that you have your own vision,so here are small tips :
- reduce usage of build in filters,there are a lot of tools for different effects
- try to look up some tutorials,no need to copy everything from them,just grasp basics and techniques you see fit for your works

Keep it up ,and good luck with your avatar factory,just don't get to high making them lol

Hahaha yeah, I recall when I made this last year it was filter on filter on filter on top of filter. The THC made me do it.

It was all done on an android app, Snapseed. I still do avatars trough SS and few more mobile apps.

I plan to start using PS soon again, after my summer season and restaurant insanity cools down, I'll be sure to hit you up for some advice than, I haven't used Photoshop at all for 7,8 years.
