Am I the only one who feels like Soul Eaters whole "black goo inside soul place" is extremely similar to the black lodge from Twin Peaks?
Anyone who has seen the two shows the Demon also had the same mannerisms as the little guy from TP and similar music was played.
Soul Eater probably just took some (major) themes from TP and maybe even was a homage to it lol but I found it hella cool and comparable when I just finished TP.
Edit- Apparently (don't know why I googled after posting) that the writer did directly allude and pay homage to TP lol thats so dope to me.
