[Raiton] Souji-senpai teaches me the ways of lightning

I've been waiting for this technique for a long time :|. First I'll weave the necessary hand seal after molding spiritual and physical energy together. This will create raw chakra. Then applying nature transformation he creates raiton chakra with this raw and new chakra. Then a spear of lightning will form at Jugram's mouth. He then launches it toward the boulder causing it to pierce through it and destroy the boulder almost instantly.

So wow. I have been waiting for this technique for a LONG time. It really is one of the most useful raitons in my opinion. So to answer your question this technique you can have four B-ranks, eight C-ranks, 16 D-ranks, and 32 e-ranks. Even when you split them down to C-rank they still have extremely high piercing power and speed. So it is a very, very, very, very, very useful technique. It is obviously extremely lethal and fast. It is probably one of the fastest techniques in existence aside from ocular techniques and space/time.

So for the next technique. I'll mold spiritual and physical energy together to create raw chakra. Then, performing the necessary hand seals, apply nature transformation and create raiton chakra. Then I will send the raiton chakra to my hand and apply shape manipulation to create the Raikiri. So the Raikiri is similar to Chidori in shape however it is much more concentrated and deadly.

So the advantages to this over chidori is that it requires fewer hand seals first off. So that is always good. Three is pretty low however it kind of makes it tough to use in close range without raiton mastery. And of course it is much more useful than chidori because it is far more deadly and its cutting power is much greater. This can also be used to block raiton projectiles such as the one I just learned (Gian). Hence why it is called the Lightning Cutter/Blade.

Jugram takes his newly formed Raikiri and splits it evenly over two hands. Then he charges at the clone of his senpai with both raikiri in his hands. He then lunges at him and takes the first raikiri and impales him through the stomach and then takes the other and jabs it through the shoulder. As the two raikiri impale him they electrocute him causing massive internal electrical damage. This paralyzes the clone and causes it to disperse.

So a few questions. Why can't this just be done free form? Seems like a waste since you have to use two jutsu of the three possible in a turn to do it? And second question is since you are splitting it between two hands do both become A-ranked (I am assuming so)?

... because you're shaping chakra and manifesting jutsu variants. You can't just clap your hands together and create two Raikiris, you need to manipulate your chakra and distribute it evenly.

Seems like a waste since you have to use two jutsu of the three possible in a turn to do it?

The timeframe in fights should be fast enough to not be disrupted, since you make the Raikiri and split it. However, this gives the opponent ample time to react either to the formation of the Raikiri or the splitting of it into two, depending on their battle strategy.

And second question is since you are splitting it between two hands do both become A-ranked (I am assuming so)?

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

"This next technique is a little different. Perform the Ram, Horse, Snake, and Tiger hand seals, and release Raiton chakra throughout your body. However, instead of using this lightning to attack, instead, allow it to flow as a wide, uncontrolled current, and form a blinding light. This will blind anyone that sees it, bar the most experienced dojutsu users."

"The blinding aspect is a great supplement to any combination, but ideally, you can use it as a cover to place a target under a genjutsu. I won't have you using a genjutsu to follow up with this, because you'd have to cast that illusion on me, being the only other target around. Just try the jutsu."

"I'll be closing my eyes and covering them, of course. I don't want to become blind just yet."

Souji closed his eyes and covering them with his hands, waiting for Jugram to finish.

(Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed
Note: Can only be used once every three turns

"You'll like this final one." he said with a sly smile.

Molding Katon chakra in his mouth and performing a single handseal, Souji opened his mouth and applied shape manipulation to turn the fire building up in his mouth into dragon-shaped fireballs. Looking up towards to the sky, he spewed out these fireballs, which caused the otherwise clear skies to begin to get cloudy due to the extreme heat. The alteration of the local weather meant only one thing...

It requires two moves on the turn you use Kirin, so be aware of that."

"This is one of the most powerful techniques in existence. If you manage to pull it off in a battle, it's almost considered an instant win."

"For this, so that we don't get fried, direct the Kirin towards that nearby hill over there, a safe distance from our own hill. But even at that distance, we'll feel the aftershocks. I fully expect the hill to be completely obliterated. A testament to its frightening power."

Souji braced herself as she watched Jugram. Hopefully that L'Oreal hair wouldn't be frizzed due to the sheer energy of the techniques.

Description: After using a fire jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will use Chidori to take control of the lightning above. They can then make the lightning strike an opponent in the blink of an eye.

Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: In the turn before the use of Kirin, the user must have used at least a B-Rank, Long Range Fire (Katon) technique directed at the sky.
Note: User needs to post Chidori, meaning that in the turn Kirin is used, the user spends 2 moves.

Jugram begins by molding his physical and spiritual energy together to create raw chakra which he molds into raiton chakra through nature transformation. Then he creates the Chidori (thanks to hax I don't need hand seals C: ) in both hands and claps them together. Suddenly a massive burst of lightning emits from it that heads straight for the trees from the hill. As it heads toward them it destroys anything in its path. Upon impact with the ground it leaves a massive crater.

So cool technique. Very useful for its sheer and raw destructive power. It requires no hand seals and as such you can use it very quickly. Although as you noted you don't want to use it in close range so you don't kill yourself too. This technique, thanks to its raw power, can destroy up to forbidden ranked doton techniques. So it is incredibly useful. The sheer speed and power of it will kill anyone instantly upon contact and break many defenses.

Jugram weaves the necessary hand seals for this technique while molding his spiritual and physical energies together. Then, using nature transformation, he creates raiton chakra from it and releases it from his entire body. All 361 tenketsu are used in this process releasing the raiton chakra as a blinding light. If his senpai hadn't shielded his eyes he would of blinded the poor little Hyuuga :|.

So once again amazing technique. So first off I'll start with an obvious disadvantage. It requires a few hand seals. So this puts it at a bit of a disadvantage without a raiton mastery/specialty. But nonetheless this makes it a great set up for genjutsu and other combinations. This blinds the target (I'm surprised it doesn't blind dojutsu users because it is chakra lightning. So like chakra mist it would blind them. But oh well. Unless they are a byakugan user of course. I am directing this at Sharingan/Rinnegan guys).

This makes it great for a quick flash of blinding light and them maybe following up with the previous jutsu we learned. Thunderclapping them to death would be amazing after this C:

Overall it is a very, very cool technique that I like a lot. I'm going to surely abuse it and use it on you senpai U____U.

The technique of Uchiha Sausage. Its power is so great I heard even Susanoooooooooo couldn't defend against it U_u.

As he said this Jugram looked into the sky after his senpai's fire technique heated it. He molded his spiritual and physical energies together creating a massive amount of raw chakra which he then applied nature transformation to to create raiton chakra. Then he weaves the necessary hand seals to create chidori. The chidori envelopes his left hand. In a slow but fluid motion he brings the hand to the sky. Suddenly the sky darkens more and begins to roar with lightning and thunder. Suddenly a dragon looking creature made of lightning emerges from the dark sky. In a swift fluid motion downward with his hand Jugram directs the massive dragon to impact against the huge hill far from their location. The explosion was immense. In the distance the explosion almost instantly tore through the mountain and destroyed it. The shockwaves from the explosion caused Jugram to lose his footing after releasing the Chidori. Smoke billowed from the mountain in the aftermath.

He had no words to describe the swift destruction.

What an incredible technique. First off I'll start with advantages. So the technique cannot be blocked since it is so fast. You can only dodge it with S/T techniques or absolute defenses (perfect susanoo basically...). So since so few ninja possess these powers most won't be able to protect themselves from this technique. The damage is much higher than regular S-rank techniques. This damage boasts a powerful 120. This is 40 higher than normal S-ranks. So this poses no risk to the user (as long as it is used far away from them) which is why it isn't labelled as a forbidden technique. So as long as you stay safe you are basically wielding a forbidden ranked raiton. The damage is immense and can break any doton defenses easily. Additionally it can break through most fuutons, suitons, etc.

So it is a very hard technique to set up however. The opponent merely needs to run at you when you unleash the technique causing it to kill both you and the opponent if you go through with it. Since you HAVE to use chidori before it they have that window to attack. Plus you have to use a katon before as well so if you shoot the katon toward the sky it makes it a bit obvious what is happening since there are no other techniques that require you fire a B-rank katon toward the sky.

Overall cool technique though. This is like Sasuke's only cool one.

The formation of the angle is enough to create a spreading attack that pushes forward. Fast and efficient; it can tear through any Earth technique, and serve as a lethal offensive attack."

"Hit those targets over there. The last ones I've got for you."

The last set of targets rested quietly, waiting for their inevitable demise.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Souji took a deep breath and reached the end of the scroll. He created his final Shadow Clone for the training session. Clone and senpai looked at each other for a moment.

"And FINALLY, the final Raiton technique I can teach you has you forming a Chidori and running up to your opponent-in case, my clone. Strike her, and once you do, apply your shape manipulation to extend your chidori into a long lightning spear that impales and pushes your opponent. The tip of the spear will explode, just to add more injury to injury."

"Go ahead."

Souji silently observed as the prodigy, the genius, the expert of the new generation performed the last technique with such passion that would make any kunoichi have some kind of sensual feeling in admiration.

The hair. It was the damn hair.

( Raiton: Chidori Shinsō ) - One Thousand Birds True Spear

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

He releases the chakra from his left hand and shapes it into chidori. Then he raises his palm toward the last training dummies left. It releases a large scale blast of lightning that rushes toward them at incredibly fast speeds.

So cool technique. First off the most noticeable difference between this and thunderclap is that this has a much wider range (120 degrees). This allows you some leeway with the range of it since it is a much larger angle than most techniques. As it extends out it will grow wider and wider while maintaining the same angle. That is the first advantageous part of this technique. The second is that it requires no hand seals to form the chidori which is very, very nice. The third advantage is the raw speed of this technique. It is incredibly fast and dangerous. The raw destructive power can break through most defenses. Overall I really like this technique. It reminds me a lot of Thunderclap, however on a wider scale.

Jugram molds his spiritual and physical energy together to create raw chakra which he applies nature transformation to create the Chidori. He releases the chakra from his left hand and shapes it into chidori. Then by extending his palm out he releases it as a long spear which races toward the target and impales it. Then he uses further shape manipulation and releases more chakra into it causing it to explode in a storm of electrical energy causing the dummy to be almost instantly destroyed.

So this reminds me a lot of the A-rank version of this where you stick your hand out and create the chidori sword or whatever. This is basically that but on an improved level and with the explosion at the end :|. ****in Sasuke.

Overall good improvement. Once again you can use this in a lot of different ways. You can cut down summonings in the sky that are 10 meters above you. You can just stab an opponent at mid range. You can use it at somewhat close range (although not too close cause the explosion will be dangerous). So overall it is useful. It is just bland. But I like it as an improvement to the A-rank technique. It will be nice to get that extra umph when trying to break a defense.

This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.
