Alluka first kneads her chakra and uses nature and shape manipulation. As she does, she visualizes herself, how she looks like, how tall she is, how she dresses. She releases the chakra and a replica, or simply a clone of herself appears. It looks like her, in every way. I've been waiting for clone techs ^^ Name is boring ._. Well, still, it's really useful; REALLY. Clones work, like a diversion. Like, the enemy attacks your clone, you have the time to do another thing. It can also do some team techs, like punching someone at the same time, doing jutsus at the same time.

Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to raiton chakra. She grabs her sword and channels her chakra to it. It was full of lightning, quite ready for slicing. As the boulder nears Alluka, she slices it, breaking the boulder, saving Alluka. Who threw that boulder!! What a SUPER name xD I like using swords, so I like this tech too. ^^ Useful, liek slicing things like its a piece of paper. Reaaaaally useful, I like it ^^

Alluka performs the Ram handseal, while kneading his chakra and using nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning Chakra. She then points her right arm to the sky, channels her chakra to her arm, and discharges it to the sky. By the use of shape manipulation, she sends it to the tree. The tree is burned again. Well, electrocuted that is. Name is boring ._. Awesome jutsu though, great range and good attack. Overall, nice jutsu.

Alluka grabs two shuriken from her bag. She kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning Chakra. She infuses her chakra and make an electric cable thing. She throws it at her senpai, and both did not hit. She then uses the connection to remove it from the tree and hit senpai. The clone disperses. Boring name ._. Bad range, better if long. Still, awesome for combinations. Overall, average.

The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.

"And finally, the last B-rank technique has you manipulating your Raiton chakra and creating a lightning orb in your hands. "The first one has you forming the Monkey, Ox, Boar, and Tiger handseals. Discharge electricity from your hands and form them into lightning disks. You can then throw them like frisbees at your targets. They have cutting and shocking properties."

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

Alluka smiles in excitement—she long waited for A Rank Lightning. She listens to her Senpai's instructions, and nods in understanding. She starts by kneading her chakra and using nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. As she does, she performs the handseals Monkey -> Ox -> Boar -> Tiger. She discharges the Lightning in her hand. She uses shape manipulation to change its shape to lightning disks, exactly three lightning disks. She sees the three trees pointed by her senpai. She throws the three disks at the same time in three different directions, each directly going to the three. The first tree was hit in the right side, the second in the middle, the third in the left. this causes the first to fall sideways to the right, the second to fall down by front, and the third fell sideways to the left. Alluka smirks a little, somehow recognizing the technique.

"Well, I think there was a technique like this, using shuriken infused with lightning, but this uses disks. The name is very.... normal. I mean, why Rat xD Too bad it isn't a long range though. Still, I think its pretty reasonable, so I'd rate this jutsu as 7/10.

Alluka's eyes sparkled, it's her long awaited jutsu. She had always wanted to learn it, as it can make an addition to her Kenjutsu techniques. She kneaded her chakra and used nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. As she does, she performs the handseals Ox -> Rabbit -> Monkey -> Dragon -> Rat -> Bird -> Ox -> Snake -> Dog -> Tiger -> Monkey. She sends her chakra to her right palm. She had focused the lightning, and kept it in her palm. Lightning had surrounded her hand. She concentrated it, and it started to sound like a chirping bird. She then runs to the Karin dummy. As she reaches it, she hits her chest with her right hand, and Alluka's hand pierced it. As she removed her hand, a hole was left open. Alluka smiled, out of pure innocence.

"Finally xD!!! Expected the name to be cool, which it is. It has to rival the name "Rasengan", and "Chidori" sounds cool. So, the series of handseals is really a down, but after we finish Lightning, it's great that I only have to perform the Ox handseal. The rank is reasonable though, so I rate thus jutsu as 9.999999999999/10.

"This next A-rank jutsu is a personal favorite of mine, and very powerful. Concentrate your Raiton chakra in your open hand and form a sphere of lightning that surrounds your hand. You can then throw it as a projectile towards your enemy, or punch them with it while it's still connected to your hand. Either way, upon contact, the sphere causes a massive lightning explosion. Powerful and fast; the personification of lightning's properties."

Alluka listens to her senpai. After he speaks, Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. She focuses the chakra onto her right palm, and shapes a sphere. The Lightning was too many that it sparkled in a way. It seemed so strong and deadly ^^ After she was satisfied at the sphere's shape she runs to the clone. She punches it at the clone, somehow like throwing the Rasengan. After releasing it she retreats and lets it expand to a lightning explosion. The clone disperses, and the ground was kinda... black.

"I guess the name is reasonable ._. It's a really awesome technique though, it's also cool that you can throw it. So, ths jutsu is at least 9/10."

As his senpai finished saying the instructions, Alluka started to create the Chidori. Instead of focusing it on her palm she started shaping it to a blade instead. It chirped again like a bird. She continues to extend it up to 10 meters by using her Lightning chakra. She felt it was solid; like a regular sword. She then swings it onto a nearby tree to cut it in half.

"Okay name. Well, the name makes the jutsu really obvious of what it can do. This is better since it can extend mid range, but it still uses the same amount of chakra. This jutsu is rated 9.9999 (goes on until the end of the world) /10"

Description: After performing a small sequence of 3 hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

"For this next jutsu, I'm going to cast a genjutsu on you. Don't worry, let me explain."

"This next technique is the Chidori Nagashi, where you'll surge a Chidori throughout your entire body as an unfocused current that can paralyze enemies in its attack range. Alternatively, you can also channel the Nagashi through a focused conduit like a weapon to increase its range. However, one of the better usages is its ability as a full-body chakra surge, where you can disrupt your chakra system with a running of your own chakra throughout your entire body. This full-body surge can dispel genjutsus cast on you by expelling foreign chakra that's been inserted by an enemy. Note, however, that it can only dispel genjutsus up to one rank lower than the Nagashi itself; a property among full-body surge techniques. So, since this jutsu is an A-rank, it can dispel up to B-rank genjutsus."

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

"I think that the range is reasonable, I've encountered a jutsu like this with short range ._. It's great and nothing much to see because it's a self-explanatory jutsu. But its good."

Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. She creates a "chidori" from her hands. This chidori is spread throughout her body and shocks it, quickly releasing her from the genjutsu. The chidori is spread through her body.

"This jutsu has some kind of awesome hit to it. It's useful against genjutsu and the paralysis is awesome too. Nothing much to say rather than it also seems like the original chidori.

It's like one of those long Chinese Dragons that wraps around you, as a visual reference point. This dragon can then shoot forward in front of you. Even if the opponent manages to dodge, the lightning can jump from the vortex and shock, giving it a nice area of effect property."

It will pool beneath my second clone's feet and erupt as a large column of electricity that decimates anything caught in it. You can control the size and height of the pillar, within reason, of course."

Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. She channels it throughout her body and releases it. She uses shape manipulation to create a vortex out of her chakra. The vortex had electric currents that looked like a tornado. It then takes form of a dragon's head. It shoots forward to the clone who was reading the lewd magazine. The clone dodges (at the cost of losing the magazine) but the lightning jumped from the vortex and shocked him. The clone disperses. @.@

"I like this jutsu because of its range. Like, if he dodges by moving aside it would still hit him. The long range is kind of good too. I presume the dragon's head is kind of large so it's quite thinkable if he simply jumps upward or steps aside."

Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. At the same time she weaves the handseals Rabbit -> Rat -> Horse -> Ram. She slams her hands on the ground and channels her chakra below the second clone's feet. After sending enough, the chakra pooled beneath him. It released a gigantic column of lightning, quickly making the clone disperse, making the lewd magazine burn (Haha.) and making a bird fry.

"Like the first jutsu, this jutsu's range is awesome. I really like its "column" attack. Well, seems like I have the like for wide range jutsus.

"The very first S-rank Raiton technique is powerful, fast, and all around, one of the best standard techniques in existence. After performing the Snake hand seal, you'll fire a lightning spear from either your hands or mouth. This has such high piercing potential, it can punch through any earth technique like nothing. It's incredibly fast and difficult to evade. In fact, you would need really strong wind techniques or equal ranked Raiton to even stop this."

"Destroy that huge boulder, pierce through it and break it apart. You can also split the jutsu into multiple branches, and each one of those streams is lower-ranked, like we learned earlier."

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

"After that, you will form two Chidoris in your hands, one in each. Clap your hands together, and this burst of two energy sources will cause a massive thunderbolt that will be linearly directed at your target. Incredibly powerful and it can leave a massive crater from the impact of the jutsu. Unfortunately, using this in short range is impossible, or you'll get caught in the explosion of the jutsu."

Description: The user will cover his hands in with lightning, essentially performing a (Raiton: Chidori) Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds in each hand. Clapping his hands together, the user can unleash that massive amount of lightning chakra into the form of a powerful Thunderbolt directed at the target. The technique is best used if the user has a height advantage in relation to the target. The thunderbolt is strong enough to leave a giant crater and cannot be used while being in Short-range of the target, at the risk of being hit also.

No problem, sensei ^^

After listening to her sensei's instructions, Alluka starts to smile in excitement. She kneads her chakra, uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra, and weaves the Snake handseal. She points her right hand at the huge boulder, and sends her chakra to the said hand. She releases the chakra while controlling it, applying shape manipulation to shape it to a spear. This spear travelled incredibly fast and destroys the huge boulder, making chunks of rock drop all over the place.

I really like the name and the whole jutsu itself! It's like your all in one package; speed, power, and all around. I can see how much I'm going to use this jutsu in the future. I rate this jutsu, er, around 9.7/10.

After listening to her senpai's instructions, Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. She walks over to the edge of the hill until she sees the green trees below. She focuses the said chakra in both of her hands, forming two Chidoris in the process. She claps her hands together, releasing a massive amount of chakra forming a powerful Thunderbolt which is targeted at the trees below. This destroys the trees leaving craters in their leave.

Name sucks. But awesome jutsu by the way. The idea of thunder clapping is awesome, it's range is cool and the power is credible. Rating, around 9.4/10.

Souji could see Alluka's growth. She was getting more confident, and she had that sparkle in her eyes that was a mix of both joy and killing intent. He smirked, happy.

"Being awfully specific with those ratings, huh? Ha, that's good, though. I really like your enthusiasm and effort. Don't lose that spark, no pun intended!

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks that is done performing the Ox → Rabbit → Monkey hand seals. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is much more focused. Kakashi has shown different ways of forming and using the Lightning Cutter, unique to him. For example, he demonstrated the ability to imbue a projectile weapon, such as a kunai, with his Lightning Cutter, granting the technique long-range capabilities by throwing the kunai towards his target. In this instance, the kunai was capable of piercing through multiple large rocks with ease, without any loss of momentum or change in trajectory.
Note: Kakashi biographies can use the technique without hand seals.
Note: Only Kakashi biographies can apply the technique to a kunai and use it as a projectile attack.

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

"Then, form another Chidori and running up to your opponent-in case, my clone. Strike him, and once you do, apply your shape manipulation to extend your chidori into a long lightning spear that impales and pushes him upward. The tip of the spear will explode, just to add more injury to injury."

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.

(Wow, two replies in a day!)

Alluka was also looking forward to the enhanced version of Chidori, Raikiri. Her eyes became bright as she listens to the instructions of her sensei. She performs the Ox -> Rabbit -> Monkey handseals. She focuses her chakra onto her right hand and forms the Raikiri like how she formed the Chidori. It was more focused because Alluka spent most of her time doing so. After she finished forming it, she tests it out on a tree, cutting its bark in the middle.

Also been waiting for this tech. It's direct, it's powerful, it's cool. I like the name too xD These S Ranks are really cool

Rating, um around 9.99/10.

She focuses her chakra onto her right hand and forms a Chidori on it. She points her palm forward, pointing at the center of the five targets. She releases the chakra in a blast of lightning, quickly destroying the targets with its widespread attack.

The idea of widespread attacks is cool, rarely I see one. So the mid is a minus but the widespread covers for it. So maybe this jutsu is around 9.5/10... NO! It's 9.4/10 caz the name is not so cool!

After listening to the instructions of her sensei, Alluka kneads her chakra and uses nature manipulation to turn it to Lightning chakra. She forms a chidori in her right hand and dashes off to fodderize the clone. As she strikes the clone, she applies shape manipulation to extend it into a lightning spear. She impales the clone in the heart and sends a lightning explosion, making the clone disperse.

Nah, this jutsu is as awesome as chidori. Nothing much to say here rather than the name is not well thought of. So 9.9/10 is enough u.u

Looking up towards to the sky, he spewed out these fireballs, which caused the otherwise clear skies to begin to get cloudy due to the extreme heat. The alteration of the local weather meant only one thing...
