Souji, the grey-haired guy, is the first to speak. He seems friendly and approachable.

Aigis, the blond haired girl clad in form-fitting armor, speaks after. She's more direct and to the point.
"My name is Aigis. Greetings."
"Before we begin, let's have some introductions. Tell both of us a little bit about yourselves. What motivates you to gain the power of Lightning? And what do wish to achieve in our shinobi world?" Souji asked, leaning against a tree in a casual stance.
Aigis walked over to a tree stump next to the tree and sat, arms crossed, in an upright position, waiting for their answers.

Chakra is the moulding of physical energy in every cell and the spiritual energy from the mind. Chakra can be controlled by using hand seals, making things such as walking on water, breathing fire, and creating illusions possible. Most ninja have one affinity to the five types of chakra. There are five basic types, stronger and weaker to one another. Their weaknesses and strengths are known to every shinobi. There is also Yin and Yang which is the balance of mental and physical energy. Kekkei genkais cen be formed by mixing two elements. Kekkei Tota can be formed by mixing three elements. Though many ninja can use many types of chakra, few can use them simultaneously. Chakra also seems to reflect a person's personality, as Karin said Sasuke's chakra grew darker when fighting Danzo.
Chakra is said to be from the Hagoromo, the Sage of the Six Paths. But, Hagoromo was only born with chakra from his mother, Kaguya. who in turn got chakra by eating the fruit of the Shinju. Kaguya ended the wars with her chakra. Hagoromo created Ninshu. which made people understand each other without talking. Instead, people used it to create ninjutsu.
Shinobi, or called Ninja, are the main focus of the series. A female shinobi is called a Kunoichi. They come from a hidden village, some from a clan, and they perform missions for a fee. This missions include; doing manual labour, acting as escorts, gathering secret information, retrieving stolen items, carrying out assassinations, etc. In war, ninja go together to defend their village and land. Ninja are expected to be loyal to their village all of their life, so every ninja who leaves are called missing-nin and to be marked to death. Ninjas mould their chakra to use jutsu. Shinobi may have one affinity of the five types. This can be determined by using a special kind of paper. When the paper cramples, you have a lightning affinity. When the paper slices in half, you have wind affinity. When the paper damps wer, you have a water affinity. When the paper burns, you have a fire affinity. When the paper turns to dirt, you have an earth affinity.
Ninjutsu refers to almost every technique which allows a person to do something they otherwise can't be doing. The effects of ninjutsu are real unlike genjutsu. Complex ninjutsu allow shinobi to perform healing, nature transformation, etc. Almost all ninjutsu requires hand seals to be performed. Basic ninjutsu are one of the five basic elements while advanced ninjutsu requires two or more of them combined. There are two methods in manipulating chakra; Shape transformation deals with controlling the form, movement, and potency of chakra. Lightning Release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.
Lightning is more powerful than Doton or soil and less powerful to Fuuton or Wind.Raiton is particularly strong against Steel and Wood, with its piercing factor as I said before most of these techniques fall prey to this aggressive release. Reaching into his pants pocket, Souji pulled out two small square pieces of paper and handed one to each student.
"As Alluka's already mentioned, this is chakra paper. You both should know what to do here, channel your molded Raiton chakra through it, and if you're successful, it will shrivel up and prove that you have an affinity for Raiton. You two should be detailed in how you visualize lightning... its properties, how it's shaped and formed... but I'm sure you're more than capable. Mold your chakra to become LIKE lightning."

Konohamaru takes the square white paper from Alluka senpai's hand and then held it in between his index finger and middle finger, then he concentrated on the fusion 0f physical and spiritual energy in proportions and started thinking about lightning in the sky and its speed and its piercing ability and then he molds the chakra by kneading his physical energy and spiritual energy in his tenketsu's and then channels his raiton chakra through the chakra-circulatory system in his body to the chakra points in the fingers and then pours the chakra into the white square paper, which then suddenly wrinkles into a brown smaller version of the paper.

"For the D-ranks, just perform and understand them. I might ask question occasionally, but let's take it easy first to ease you into it."
"And good work with the paper exercise. A little dry, but we'll get a better feel of Raiton as we learn more jutsus."

"Manipulate your Raiton chakra to collect in your hands. Once you've gathered up enough, you can use your shape manipulation to form lightning bolts that you shoot at your targets. They can reach up to mid-range maximum, or 10 meters away from you."

"Okay, Souji-senpai!"She then focuses chakra onto her palms. Using shape manipulation, she starts to turn her chakra to lightning. When she had enough chakra in her palms, she then tries making lightning bolts with it. Little bolts appear. She focuses more chakra into her palm and aims at one of the discs. She miserably fails, but tries again. She aimed hard, looked at the disc, and shot little lightning bolts. She shot a little bolt at the first disc. She then gathers more chakra to shoot more bolts. She aims at the second one, about to fall to the ground. She looks at it and shot three little bolts, the two go in a wrong direction, while the other hit the disc.
"Did I do it, senpai?"
"Did I do it, senpai?"
"Not bad for a first try. I liked how you concentrated to manifest the lightning. Keep up the effort and you'll get the hang of it eventually!"
He grinned encouragingly.
"Ok, moving on to the next technique. I want you to concentrate you chakra in your arm again, but instead of releasing it as lightning bolts, I want you to slam your hand on the ground and force your Raiton chakra through the ground. This will create an electrical surge through the ground, and the current will hit your opponent's feet after traveling through the ground, giving them a nice zap and shock! In some cases, it can even leave them open to another jutsu afterward that will finish them off while they're still recovering from the attack."
"Try it on me. Don't worry, hopefully I won't die, heh." Souji said, slightly nervous.

Okay, senpai! Alluka gathers her chakra and manipulates it to Raiton chakra. She sends it to her palm. She slams it down the ground. Her chakra was not sufficient to travel through the ground. Thus, she focuses more Raiton chakra to her palm, and releases it at once. The Raiton chakra suddenly goes through the ground. She manipulates it to go to the direction of senpai's feet. She sends a little more chakra to reach his feet. Once it was near senpai's feet, she sent the focused chakra at a fast rate to Souji-senpai's feet. Did I do it, senpai?
Souji is given a good shock that runs up his entire body, feet upward, causing him to shake and twitch, and his hair to stand up on end.
He shook his head afterward, trying to play it off. But it was a great attack.
"Not bad, that definitely woke me up! Something to keep in mind about that jutsu is that it only reaches short range, so don't try it on an opponent who's more than 5 meters away from you, because it won't reach them."
Souji took a few minutes to rest and set up a few bulls-eyes targets, about five, right beside each other in a line.
"Now, for the last D-ranked jutsu. This one is pretty similar to the first jutsu... you'll collect Raiton chakra to form lightning bolts in your hand. But instead of releasing them one at a time, you'll sweep your palm across in the direction of your choice, releasing Raiton chakra as you do so. This creates a 'wave' of lightning bolts that can hit multiple targets, or concentrated on a single one."
"I've set up a few targets here. Sweep your hand from left to right and hit all of them with bolts, in one move."
He twitched a little, still feeling the aftershock of that previous technique o-o

Okay, senpai! She then focuses her chakra to her palms. She then manipulates it to create lightning bolts. When she had enough chakra in her palm, she then looks at the first target, and sweeps her palm hitting it. She then goes over the second, unleashing five bolts, and the two hit the target. She moves on to the third, and strikes one bolt, and it hits the bullseye. She moves to the fifth, and sweeps her palm reaching the fifth. She unleashed 7 bolts, 1 hit the bullseye of the fourth, 1 hit the bullseye of the fifth. Did I do it, senpai?
