really? some of these seem a bit fillerish , at least the episode where pan was being taken care of by goku and maybe the episode after that... (I didn't watched the episode of pan yet , but judging by the title...) is just weird xD.

There's technically no filler because it's an anime-original story, and the manga is adapting the anime but there are apparently differences, but the anime is a good deal ahead (don't read the manga, just from what I've heard). Therefor, it's all canon material, really.
