If the user can experience whatever the clone experiences, why doesnt the user feel pain when the clone is attacked?

I don't think so... Otherwise naruto would be bleeding anytime his clone got stabbed.
But the clone feels pain

when clone is released the original gains the experience

When the user releases the jutsu, he gets all the knowledge the clones gathered. That's all.
