But could Baruto possibly have the Tenseigan since he doesn't appear to have Byakugan and when the Tenseigan is not active it looks like a normal eye. Or did Toneri's Tenseigan just look like a normal eye at some points?It could be possible since he has bloodline from the Hyuga and Uzumaki
