Soren stands out more than most of the genin of the village. His skin is a bit darker as well, but a shade of olive. He is every well built, but has no bulk muscle for it is all lean. This is due to specific training that he has been through in order to make him strong, but without sacrificing speed. His eyes are the natural black eyes of the Uchiha clan. His hair is long in length, and comes down to his mid-back. He has a strong and defined jaw line; while maintaining a subtle nose and ears. He stands at an impressive 5' 5" which is taller than most kids his age; and weights only 100lbs. His eyes seem to have a wisdom look about them, and usually make people think he is older than he really is.
Soren is normally seen wearing a white shirt with loose sleeves, closed on the right shoulder, with a fastener running down the right part of the chest, matching pants, with a dark navy grey apron tied around his waist and black shinobi sandals. This is to make his movements when preforming taijutsu easier. He wears his forehead protector like a normal shinobi would, but this is to cover up his birth mark. He is ambidextrous, so he has kuni holsters on both pants legs, as well as having two in his upper back near his shoulders. The last part of his wardrobe is two extendable fans that he uses in conjunction with his wind style ninjutsu. These two white fans are neatly held in a crisscross fashion on the small of is lower back for quick access.

Soren is much like the other genin in many aspects. He is serious, but strikes a balance between seriousness and humor. He is very active, and trains constantly. He is constantly seeking approval from his father and loves his mother dearly; though she does annoy him at times. He loves to listen to music, read literature, and goes to social activities. Most would consider him 'the popular one' but he thinks this is just folly. His intellect is high for a genin, and his reflexes complement this intelligence quite comfortably. His favorite kind of food is potstikers sause covered beef dumplings. Though normally the first to engage a conversation, he finds it difficult to talk to women. Even though he can understand them with a mild ease, he still can't talk to them gracefully. This is only for women he finds attractive. Other women whom he finds not attractive, he can talk to perfectly fine.
Soren is usually at most content when he is training, or out with friends. He usually is the center of attention, but doesn't flaunt it. This enjoyment is short lived usually, because of his recurring thoughts about his missing sister. When this happens he usally will go write some poetry to put a smile back on his face. Soren's most troubling times is when he is reminded of his sister. His mood changes dramatically, but can't be seen for his facial expressions show little change. The only way to notice is by looking in his eyes. 'The windows to the soul' as they are called; cannot be masked no matter who you are. When he does start thinking of his sister, he becomes quiet like most people would. He begins to think of their times past and what he did. The only thing that seems to snap him out of his daze is the promise he made to himself. To find his sister and bring her home is his ultimate goal. He cares not for being Hokage, but if it gives him the power to bring her home then that is just one more stepping stone.
Soren is very calm and cool headed most of the time. He rarely shows anger and is not easily upset; however, there are only 3 things that really piss him off. Each one of them envolves harming or disrespecting his immediate family. He cares not if someone insults the Uchiha clan as a whole, but if someone talks about his parents or his sister specifically; then he becomes enraged. Even when Soren is enraged, he still looks a lot calmer than if it was someone else. Only those who know him best can tell that he is pissed. His face changes only slightly, but his eyes are the things that show his true intent. The only way that has been known to calm him down out of this state is his Sensei or his parents snaping him out of it. Other wise he will kill someone if he is not stopped. Soren is very generous when he is around people he knows. He loves doing things for them, and helping them whenever he can. His father tries to disapprove of this behavior because he believes the Uchiha clan is 'special' compared to other people, and a member of the clan should act appropriately with that in mind. His mother; however, encourages this behavior and finds that this is his strongest personality trait. Soren is far from lazy in most situations. Especially when it comes to training with his dad or helping his friends out. The only time he is actually lazy is when he has to do chores around the house. He hates them and finds it a waste of time. His time spent with his dad is special to him and often bugs his dad to teach him more. This is the reason he is not lazy.

Background Info.

Birth
Soren was born in Konoha, in the middle of summer. His father, Tasu, and his mother, Kiuki, were main household family members and apart of the Anbu Black Ops. Soren's parents retired right after they found out Soren was on his way. Kiuki didn't mind retiring, but Tasu was hesitant about it. Eventually though he saw the need to retire and did so. Soren was born on a rainy and dark night. The entire Uchiha household was awake and anticipating his arrival into this world. It was a tad past 9pm when Soren was finally born. His sister was born a few minutes after he was. Due to the unique nature of the situation, she was not banished from the line and was allowed to stay in the main household. They named her Tiuki. Soren was a fat baby, weighing 9lbs 13oz, and had a head full of hair when he was born. Him and his sister instantly connected immediately after birth, for when they were placed together they would smile at each other and hold hands.
Pre-academy
As Soren grew older, Tasu started training Soren in the ways of they Uchiha clan. Even before Soren was admitted into the Academy, Soren had already begun learning the Gentle Fist Style and how to control his Byakugan and chakra flow. Tiuki also had shown promise in the ways of the Gentile Fist Art, but Soren's abilites exceeded her's by far. Soren and Tiuki would often spar with each other when their parents were not around. Most of the time they were just playing, but on rare occasion, it would turn into a competition of skill. Soren was becoming something more important to Tiuki than just an older brother, he was becoming a rival. Soren was not aware of this at first, but his father and mother quickly recognized the important role he was playing.
Academy
Soren and Tiuki started Konoha's academy together. At first they were very close like the had been sense birth. This slowly faded as Soren found friends to hang out with. Soren would still train with Tiuki when the got home, but compared to how much time they were use to spending together, they rarely got to see each other anymore. Soren still made the attempt to incorporate his sister in his social life, but it did little good. Infact it made her a little angry and so began her resentment. Soren graduated very quickly from the academy. He had only been in a year and he was already graduated. Tiuki could not say the same however. It took her nearly two years to graduate from the academy. As soon as Soren graduated, his parents hosted a big celebration and were very pleased with him. Though they tried to make Tiuki feel just as special when she graduated, it did no good.
