...no. It was a combo attack between Sasuke and Naruto, and the cliffhanger lines of the manga states the question if the juubi has been defeated... but it doesn't assure anything.

And I wouldn't forget the four red suns barrier... Sasuke and Naruto would have a hard time trying to do something against the Juubi without it.
