And why the hell wasn't orochimaru killed off?????? Did he become good?

Isn't this part if kishimoto's whole introducing a new generation or some shit like that?? If he really wanted to introduce the new generation then he should have focused on boruto and not sasukes daughter. Or why not both?? I mean we're getting a shitty oneshot instead. Jesus man. I seriously think this guy made a bet with tite kubo to show he can be a worse writer.
