This was just to clear up that he has PS, whether it's complete or not. I understand your doubt and I agree we shall wait and see.He once protected Sasuke against Kabuto's attack by surrounding him with a susanoo hand....I feel like I remember seeing it another time as well I'd have to search for it though. Not really the same as completely cloaking a tailed beast in it but similar.
I'd say that is a pretty fair analysis. As I said before there are parts of Sasuke's new Susanoo that look similar to Madara's stabilized PS, though there is no confirmation that he is actually using the complete (stabilized) PS.
I never said that Sasuke for sure doesn't have PS. I simply have my doubts as of now. Hopefully this will be cleared up within the next few chapters. I would like to see Madara's reaction to what just happened....he seems to be absent in recent chapters. A reaction from him would give us the confirmation necessary.
Perfect susanoo is just a name. It doesn't relate to the actual definition of perfect meaning complete or needs no further improvement.Even I say that's still the Final Susano'o, but for the sake of semantics (maybe a thing of taste). How can it be "Perfect" if it is not "completed"? Just a thing of taste, really.
I can prove that it isn't perfect by definition. A "perfect" Susanoo is complete, as good as it is going to get. But it can be improved by natural energy, or kurama. These things discredit it actually meaning that it is perfect. So what we go on is that Perfect is just a name for it being in its stabilized form. Basically having legs, new armor and weapons, basically an overall new look.
Also I wouldn't say it's Final susanoo (FS). I don't really understand how you might think that. Given that the only similarity Kurama in susanoo has to FS would be the scaly armor covering most of it. But if we look at Madara's PS he still has that scaly armor on his PS and he has the shoulder pads, sword and Mask(nose). So without a doubt you would have to assume that it is a modified/incomplete PS other than an improved FS.
