Soooo ive been thinking...

I was rewatching the kakashi pain fight and I noticed something strange...(to me idk if it's true or not) a non uchiha isn't supposed to be able to revert from ms to normal 3-tomoe right? Then how in the world did kakashi do it at one moment he has 2-tomoe (right before pain "nails him in the head" )then he has ms to suck it up then he has 3-tomoe when the path with the missiles looks at him and shoots a missile at chozo then finally he has ms when he sucks up the missile and dies .... ? I thought only an uchiha could do that kind of thing ?

I believe it was just that a non-Uchiha can not deactivate a sharingan...in that case...Tobi isn't an Uchiha because his Sharingan never deactivates :OOOOO!! Sure, Itachi was able to keep it activated, but it eventually reverts back. LAWL
