Did the Shinju take away all of Naruto's and Kurama's chakra or can they replenish it?

I was wondering because the whole point was the of the branches was that it was taking back what was once his, right? Does this mean that Naruto doesn't have the chakra that was taken anymore?

Aside from that it seems like the anime is making it seem as if the 5 Kages actually have a chance and are winning, I think it's just to troll the sh!t out of the anime viewers... just, yeah. Don't like it though, what do you think about it?
