But then what is going to happen to the rest of the alliance? what are they going to do? Fight obito and maybe Kabuto?

I don't think Kabuto will be involved. If he ever gets out of Izanami, he will have realized who his true self is, as that's the only way to escape it.

If it's a one versus one. . . Between Madara and Hashirama, I think Madara might win this. I mean, you saw how happy he was when his rival came back. He didn't even care that they were going to seal/stop the Juubi.

Madara and Hashirama will fight to the 'death'. Inwhich Madara will probably win and fade away(Like what happened to Sasori), finally completing a life long goal. Surpassing his rival.

After that, Hashirama might stay, he may not. The Juubi will break out and Obito will be revealed to have off screen'd Kakashi.

I do not think Kakashi will die, just be left on deaths door. Obito would then be a larger threat, the best jutsu to use against Obito has just been taken out. Kakashi's Kamui.

Obito, to contend with the Hokage, will probably seal the Juubi inside himself and battle them. That's all I can even imagine would happen. . .
