Background Info.
History:

He's the son of Itachi's contact with the top brass and his job was to diliver info and orders to Itachi concerning his last mission as an anbu(the uchiha massecare) but once Itachi completed his mission and left the village Sontari's father felt guilty and sorry for Itachi for having to carry that burden on his own and for taking the fall for it so he tried to tell everyone about the truth so the top brass ordered his assasination but before he died he passed on his info to his young son Sontari so he could finish what he started but Sontari never did reveal the truth but instead he decided to become the head of the anbu to assist the hokage and set up a new future for konoha one where the mistakes that the elders have made wont happen again.
Now he's considered one of the elite anbu members and is very close to achieving his goal.

im only using his looks because it fitts the character but if i wanted to make a Mist Gun Bio i'll make him a genjutsu user
