Description of you performing the genjutsu: After performing a sequence of five handseals I, using my chakra disrupt my opponents chakra flow locking him in a genjutsu in which he sees me fade away until completely vanished from his view, whilst this happens a tree rises from the ground around him, binding him in place.
Strong points of the technique: Cuts out any movement from the opponent, therefore removing the possibility of handseals and limiting the opponents escape options. With limited options it is easier to predict the opponents next move.
Weak points of the technique: Without knowledge of wood release one cannot control nor create trees of any kind, this therefore could be seen as an obvious reason to realise you're trapped.
As it forms a tree, the opponent is likely to use lightning as this is the main weakness of the wood and earth releases, lightning attacks are most likely to break genjutsu also.

Description of you performing the genjutsu: By interrupting my opponents chakra flow by inserting my own I place my opponent inside an illusion in which snakes rise from the ground and wrap themselves around his body, binding him in place and in effect paralyzing him.
Strong points of the technique: Snakes are known summoning creatures and are therefore common in the RP.
Paralyzes the opponent, limiting there escape options.
Gives you an easy chance to follow up without retaliation.
Many people have a phobia of snakes, this could therefore add to the difficulty they have in escaping the genjutsu (should they RP as a character and not solely to win, which is a non-existent concept)
Weak points of the technique: In certain whether conditions snakes are known to hibernate and would not simply 'rise from the ground'.
