Somewhat of a theory. (Minato)

Minato uses kunai for his FTG, but I think he had a certain amount "on him" and he had reserves somewhere else. Per say in the village, he would then teleport it to him and use it. You could never be too prepared. Not much of a theory just a randome though that seems plausible.

This all depends if he was able to reverse FTG somehow and bring "tagged" objects to him.​

He gave them out to his allies to throw for him. Plus he can place the seal anywhere he touched. Killer bee's tentacle and Tobi for example.

I saw a thread earlier that questioned FTG v.3? If this were to happen that would be possible for a version three. Not that it matters now, just a nice thought.

MY THEORY on what ftg level 3 is....Minato summons objects to him so if you're an ally of his and he tags and you're about to be killed he can summon you back to safety xd
