The most logical is that Kishi just skipped all the running and changed scene to them arriving at the VOTE. Obviously they didn't get there in seconds. It's took them awhile. Kishi just didn't show it.

If they walk, the fight will be delayed 2 weeks.
Then Naruto manga will not be available for 2 weeks
Or, the next 2 chapters, Kishi will have 100 pages to show how Naruto reach.
And another 2 weeks will have 100 pages of Sasuke walking style
