If you look in the bottom right panel With Orochimaru, Karin isn't shown? Coincidence? I don't think so. Why isn't she shown while Jyuugo and Suigetsu are shown? Karin has been shown to have a little more importance to them. Not to mention Jyuugo and Suigetsu's backs are turned and it looks like they're looking down. Hmmmmm. Also before Sasuke leaves, he says something is bothering him and then when we see him in chapter 700, he thought he sees something. Maybe it has something to do with Karin and Co.(Orochimaru, Suigetsu, Jyuugo, Kabuto, and maybe even Spiral Zetsu) I'm not sure what will happen but something will happen, it might even have to do with Salada since she looks like Karin. I think we'll see either in The Last or part 3.

Its simple. Sasuke made a baby into Karin while beeing a rouge Ninja. Now after the "fight"with Naruto he realize that he ****ed the wrong hoe. What to do with my baby now hm.. I cast a genjutsu on Sakura while tapping her forhead.

Now Sakura is thinking she got thedick from Sasuke and its her baby.

Sakura is to resistant to genjutsu, she will know she was placed under a genjutsu.
She is a medic, she knows if she was preggo.
