Something weird about Orochimaru

Suigetsu said he wasn't able to use his hands cuz of shiki fujin, but i'm pretty sure i've seen him using jutsus after he changed his body. What does that mean?? For example i remember when he summoned the triple rashoumon:

summoning tattos are an exception i think because he doesnt have pain in his arms anymore like he did before but he still hasnt formed a hand seal since either. i think switching his body takes the pain away but not the curse or his ability to form hand seals correct me if im wrong

I think Suigetsu meant at time Orochimaru was too SICK to use his arms, I think his body decays to the point that his arms return to the state it was after it got sealed.

The previous jutsu doesnt contain any hand seal! So.. yea he still can't use seals..
BTW moving his arms doesnt mean he could perform a seal!.

i think he can use his arms for awhile but when it comes time to switch to another body and he gets sick i think he loses his arms again like a side effect or something but dont know for sure
