Wouldn't be surprised at all. Manga itself says he's been captured numerous times and traditional torture methods were futile going as far as trying what was it, thousands of different methods? So having one of their strongest fighters carry out the torture makes a lot of sense.

In any case, Luffy's gonna need gear 7 to down this brick shithouse. Luffy's gonna get help, and lots of it.

That cross shaped scar on Kaidou is very likely by Whitebeard.

After his suicide leap, he gets up and randomly says "Whitebeard did a number on me" and he also wanted to go and attack WB during the marineford arc. So it makes sense WB gave him that big scar.

Nah they said Akainu pierced through and caught Luffy, just not enough.

Shouldn't this mean Jinbei>Ace btw, since the same wound that killed Ace almost immediately didn't kill Jinbei?

I also assume that the only one who can kill Kaidou is Whitebeard, but Shanks prevented him from getting a death wish.
