Im sure a lot of people on the board may already know this, but thought id point it out
for some people who may not know.
Obviously different characters have different ways of talking...
Naruto with kind of a brash, impolite, but not overly disrespectful speech.
Sasuke with his straight up, indifferent, and disrespectful + condescending speech (when u think of when he talks to elders or seniors).
Orochimaru with his rather feminine style.
Watch back to the danzou flashback with hiruzen and tobirama.
In the anime (im guessing in the manga flashbacks too)
If you hear tobirama talking, he says "kii-sama" (sorry dunno exactly how to write in english)
thats basically like a condescending, talking down way of saying "you"
He says it when he tells hiruzen hes gonna be hokage "starting tommorow, you will be hokage"
Obviously the author was trying to make tobirama a badass becausea he acknowledges that
hiruzen is the shit, but solidifies Tobirama's character by showing the viewers/readers that Tobirama
doesnt give a **** about anyone.
