While checking on Crunchyroll as usual, and finding out that it's another wave of fillers I got curious and checked how long it's been now since the last canon episode of the series, and it's been approximately 2 months and 8 days now.

This is essentially me now every Thursday when I check up the Naruto section on the site.

It is starting to become a bit out of hand, even by Studio Pierrot's standards of fillers.

If i remember correctly, there have only been 8 canon episodes this whole year. So yeah, the fillers got out of hand, just a little bit...

What will really piss me of is if the canon episodes coming up have shitty quality. They better be taking their time to make the episodes epic. But it's Studio Pierrot, so I won't hold my breath.

I really think that it's shitty but I don't hate naruto fillers in general just the context of it. The last filler that I liked was Kakashi
Anbu of the leaf. Even though, it was 12 episodes long, we got to see Kakashi and Itachi going on Anbu missions, how Yamato met
Kakashi and how he got into Anbu root. All that Kakashi went through, killing Rin, losing Obito, failing to protect Kushina as her bodyguard, failing to recognize Itachi's situation despite being his captain. Seeing all that stuff made me appreciate Kakashi's
resilience and appreciate him as a character more. Also, seeing how Danzo intervened in the war to keep it going by telling Danzo
that the Akatsuki were planing on taking over the Hidden Rain Village made some sense to me. I was really disappointed about the
filler arc with Fuu because there was less than 5 mins in that whole freaking arc that showed her encounter with the Akatsuki. The only thing that filler arc did right was the Rock Lee fight. I don't mind fillers as long as they have a good story. If Studio Pierriot were to elaborate on something like Akatsuki Origins in NUNS Revolution, I wouldn't be so pissed at the fillers.
